Nokia 6300 Review

Nokia, 6300 - I have been meaning to review this phone for quite some time, to tell you exactly what I like and don’t like about it, first of all its clearly not the best phone in the world, but its a very reliable model. There is a camera which is handy for taking snaps with a 8 times optical zoom and produces a good picture but is only a standard 2 mega pixels. The internal memory of 9mb is hardly sufficient to handle the photos and videos you take, however there is a micro SD card slot which you can fit up to a 8gb card and enables alot more pictures to be taken.
The sound on this phone is very good indeed, with from listening to music in headphones, to talking on it its clear clarity. One added feature for you is voice dialling, so you can say your contacts name followed by a word of your choice and you phone will ring them, its that simple. And if they ring you, the mp3 ringtone will help you hear the call, being so loud you can easily here. Oh and one thing I forgot to mention for people who want to listen to music, there is an inbuilt FM stereo into the phone.
The standby time for this time is awesome being of 350 hours, but talktime is only 3 and a half, so if you use your phone alot to call then this probably isn’t the best phone for you, but if you like to leave it on standby then this could be the one for you.
This phone doesn’t have 3G which means no video calling or fast web browsing, although Edge technology is used, which is faster than GPRS but slower than 3G.
Best Features - 8X Optical Zoom, 16million colour screen, speaker(voice dialling, music, mp3 ringtones) , lightweight(91g)
Worst Features - 9mb internal memory, short talk time (3.5 hours), no 3G,
